Due to delays in gathering the data necessary to finalize the financial statements and accompanying notes of the Registrant's Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2008, the report on form 10-Q cannot be timely filed without unreasonable effort or expense. The Registrant anticipates filing its Form 10-Q by the extended due date.
