Quest Water Global, Inc. (OTCQB:QWTR) ("Quest" and/or "Quest Water" and/or "Company"), an innovative water technology company, and developer of the AQUAtapTM Community Drinking Water Station and WEPSTM Atmospheric Water Extraction and Purification System, announced today that the Company has finalized the formation of a Joint Venture with Global Air Water Resources Ltd. (“GAWR”), a BVI company, to market the Company’s WEPSTM line of products on an exclusive worldwide basis. The joint venture will be led by atmospheric clean water pioneer Thomas W. Angell, who has been working for the past decade to discover and make available technologies that provide safe drinking water to water scarce regions worldwide.

The Joint Venture will operate under the Global Air Water Resources brand, and capitalize on Mr. Angell's established relationships and network in the global atmospheric water industry. GAWR has very strong relationships worldwide with government and industry leaders along with numerous non-governmental organizations (NGOs). Mr. Angell has developed a strong presence in the U.S., Mexico, South America, the Middle East and countries throughout Africa. He also has established working relationships with the U.S. State Department, the U.S. Military, the Department of Homeland Security, and the militaries of several foreign governments.

“We are extremely pleased to enter into this Joint Venture with Global Air Water Resources and to build this marketing platform for our exciting line of WEPSTM products," said John Balanko, Quest Water CEO & President, “The time is right for us to demonstrate the power of WEPSTM and to showcase its atmospheric water extraction and purification technology and unique ability to produce clean water from the air. WEPSTM was designed for parts of the globe where water is in extremely limited supply or non-existent, and where the installation site has the proper mix of humidity and temperature, as well as a dedicated power source. This differs from our solar-powered AQUAtapTM system which treats and purifies water which is contaminated or salty to produce pure, clean drinking water in regions where there is a current water source but no infrastructure in place.”

"We are excited to take this unique and disruptive atmospheric water technology to our contacts across the globe," said Thomas W. Angell, President and CEO of GAWR. "We have worked hard to establish a good reputation within the atmospheric water space for close to ten years, and are looking forward to introducing WEPSTM to our network of government, NGO, and military officials looking for sustainable solutions to the global water crisis. WEPSTM is the ideal product for military use and disaster relief efforts as it is extremely mobile, and can be flown in and deployed quickly, allowing for optimal operational turn around."

Quest Water will own a 50% equity stake in the Joint Venture. Under the terms of the agreement, Mr. Thomas Angell will act as CEO & President, while Quest will appoint one other person to the Board of Directors. The JV will be equally funded by GAWR and Quest with each company contributing $250,000 for a total of $500,000 to be utilized for the manufacturing of five WEPSTM demonstration systems, marketing and general working capital purposes.

About WEPSTM Technology

Quest Water’s proprietary atmospheric Water Extraction and Purification Systems, known as WEPSTM, can provide water scarce regions with an alternate, sustainable, pure source of water without exploiting current, limited fresh water resources. The WEPSTM technology operates by converting humidity into water; the atmosphere contains approximately 13,000 cubic kilometers of fresh water as water vapor, six times the amount of water in all of the rivers worldwide. If all 7 billion people on Earth used water from atmospheric extraction processors at 50 litres per day, they would consume daily only 0.0025% of available atmospheric water. Atmospheric humidity can be forecast in advance as can climate conditions, allowing planning for maximum water production at times of peak humidity. The Earth’s hydrologic system is also constantly replenishing the amount of water vapor in the atmosphere. In turn, WEPSTM does not exploit local water supplies, and the system uses no chemicals and produces no pollution or harmful by-products in producing clean drinking water.
