Rookie Challenge promotional appearance was a great success,
attracting contestant hopefuls from around the country to the Bank
Atlantic Arena in Sunrise, Florida for an event that put the

could feel the energy throughout the crowd," stated Schaefer,
"people really got the concept, twenty lucky people were given the
opportunity to join fellow hopefuls who were previously selected
from the national search. The excitement is building and we can't
wait to get to the track." Individuals selected in the national
contestant search and during the November 16, 2006 special event
will be invited to appear before a panel of judges for a final
audition. More than 15,000 racing fans applied to be contestants on
Reality Racing - The Rookie Challenge, from which fifteen male and

contestant months ago and wasn't selected, but I just had to give
it one more shot. I hopped on a plane to Florida on Thursday
morning, went over to the Bank Atlantic Center and was one of the
lucky ones picked. Now I can't wait to get before the judging panel
and hopefully start racing for my dream." Reality Racing - The
Rookie Challenge is an action-packed 13-week TV series that is
scheduled to air in 2007. Contestants will be mentored and judged
