The trials and tribulations we have suffered together throughout this year were due to a breach on behalf of a former officer. This negligence has been rectified and we have completely severed ties with this individual. We have all spent far too long with the Caveat Emptor designation hanging over our heads. Having the CE removed was a lengthy and expensive process, with many moving pieces and various factors involved. However, I felt it was a worthwhile and completely necessary endeavor, as I am confident in our ability to grow a highly profitable and successful business. Rest assured that the indiscretions of past officers do not represent the standards by which Solar Integrated Roofing lives by. 

We began our transition by appointing Ms. Angela Smoley as our new CFO. Ms. Smoley has more than 15 years of experience working as a CFO and she brings a wealth of knowledge, ability, and talent to SIRC. With our new management team in place and the CE removed, our dedicated shareholders can look forward to additional updates in the very near future. We are confident our current developments will begin to rebuild the type of shareholder value that you expect and deserve and our updates will speak for themselves. I have listened closely to and shared in your every frustration through these trying times. Please allow me the opportunity now to set my plans into action and restore shareholder value, as we are now finally able to see all of our efforts come to fruition.
