(PINKSHEETS: SLNX) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, David's Steak and Seafood Restaurant, an upscale steak house, has entered into a letter of intent to purchase Dream Nightclub, located at 11329 East Independence Boulevard in Matthews, North Carolina. The Company intends to enter into a definitive agreement after its 15-day due diligence period and change the name of the venue from Dream Nightclub to David's Sports Bar & Grill. Solanbridge Group plans to create a one of a kind sports bar and grill for Matthews, North Carolina. Dream Nightclub is located in a stand alone building immediately off of Independence Boulevard with ample parking. Dream Nightclub has 2 separate VIP areas, 2 bars, a full service kitchen, as well as a private party suite.

The Company is set to change the name of its new location to David's Sports Bar & Grill after its 15-day due diligence period is completed and the purchase is consummated. David's Sports Bar & Grill will also be updating its new restaurant by adding to the existing kitchen, renovating the restaurant, inside and out, in order to offer consumers, a great atmosphere, great food, great drinks and great times.

Dream Nightclub offers over 5,000 square feet of a fantasy fusion of dance club, late-night eatery and performance hall for the 21 and older crowd. Investorhub.com has allowed individuals operating under alias, such as Flat Foot f/k/a Metza45 and others, to spread lies and defame the Company's name, which in turn has affected not only the Company but also its shareholders. Flat Foot f/k/a Metza45 has several aliases on Investorshub.com, however his real name is Ryan Renne. Mr. Ryan Renne has posted over 4,000 negative, untrue, defaming posts on Investorshub.com and Investorshub.com has supported and allowed these posts. Mr. Ryan Renne continues to post untrue statements and harass Solanbridge and its employees. The Company has attempted to rectify this situation to no avail and will continue to expose the truth to what Investorhub.com is allowing and facilitating.
