targeting the rapidly growing Mobile Encryption Communications
Market. WHAM through its WHAM Secure Mobile Encryption
Application (Code name: "WSMA"), is preparing to bring to market,
through its WSMA, advanced technology that will transform Secure
mobile communications on the Go. The new trademarked name will be
announced in a subsequent press release.
Based on current market projections by leading experts, it is
expected that there will be more than 220 million smart phone users
in the USA by the end 2018. WHAM
is projecting that it will have over 2 million subscribers on its
WSMA during the same time frame. WSMA's subscribers will be
utilizing the WSMA's leading edge proprietary and patent technology
to make encrypted phone calls and to send encrypted instant
messages and attachments of all types, between themselves and other
WSMA subscribers, with a level of security not currently available
on the consumer market.
WHAM is projecting that through its more than 2 million

mobile device software security to soar, reaching $4.82 billion by 2019 and that the total market
for software and hardware based encryption will grow at a
compounded annual growth rate of 62 percent from 2013-2018,

WHAM is positioning its Mobile Communications Division, initially
through its Secure Mobile Encryption Application, to secure a
leading position in the market.
WHAM's new consumer based technology solution will bring
secure mobile communication to the broad consumer and small
