(USOTC:SWRM), a technology company specializing in the accelerated development and publishing of mobile apps, announces a non-binding LOI with AI VentureTech, Inc., a technology accelerator and advisory firm focused in the areas of artificial intelligence and automation to develop mobile, cloud-based applications, and corporate solutions.

AppSwarm and AI VentureTech will explore the development of mobile and cloud-based applications in such areas as artificial intelligence, blockchain logistics, IoT applications, automation, and corporate virtual assistants and chatbots. The goal will be to assist corporations of varying sizes in becoming more productive and cost-efficient in their operations by implementing these new technologies and tools.

Under the agreement, AI VentueTech will raise capital to assist the AppSwarm team in developing mobile products geared towards assisting companies in streamlining operations, and to build 'big data' solutions for enterprises.
