American Community Development, Inc.(PINK SHEETS: ACDP), announces the initiation of its seismic program on the recently announced Sofia Oil & Gas Exploration Project in Union County New Mexico.

The seismic program will entail the reprocessing and review of the approximately 35 miles of seismic plus the design of additional seismic to be acquired. The reprocessing of existing seismic will focus on the deeper zones and in particular the 4,300 to 4,500 foot zone previously untested. It is anticipated that additional seismic will be acquired to assist in pin pointing prospective well locations.

ACDP is in the process of assembling a seasoned team of managers and technical professionals in the areas of geology, geophysics, engineering, and legal. ACDP will provide regular updates as steps are taken toward the delineation and execution of the seismic and drilling program; including pending management and technical team appointments.
