NEW YORK, April 18, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Wanderport
Corp. (PINKSHEETS: WDRP) announced today the successful completion
of water flow tests at municipal pressure levels on the
innovatively energy saving multi-cavity microwave water heating
unit (MCMHU).
The successful water flow tests utilized data from recent
forensic and finite element analysis (FEA) providing a better
understanding and preparation for the challenges faced during water
flow tests at municipal water pressure levels. The results were
successful and significant because they validate the MCMHU's heat
engine specifically equipped with the latest heat exchanger design
and recently re-designed water cooled magnetrons supplied by
Asia's Witol/Midea factory. These
magnetrons limit particle build-up with more robust water jackets
also capable of accepting industry standard connectors. Moreover,
recent successful negotiations to purchase the magnetrons directly
from the source (Witol/Midea) will contribute to lower unit cost
and shorter lead times to receive these critical components in the
production of our proprietary heat engine technology.
"The exceptional results were compelling enough for me to
proceed with the electrical hook-up of the MCMHU and to seek a
third party laboratory to schedule heat engine efficiency
corroboration," commented Mr. Robert
Simoneau, Wanderport's Technical Advisor and Product
Licensor.
"This is an exciting step for the company and its shareholders
and I am truly delighted to acknowledge Design 1st. Inc. for their
continued belief in our venture and recent contributions," said Mr.
Richard Martel, President and CEO.
"At this juncture, anticipated efficiency results are imminent and
I believe they could positively influence discussions involving
selected manufacturers to develop our brand of water heater
solution, as well as to sub-licence our innovative heat engine
technology to these manufacturers for their various existing
products. This could be an enormous added revenue stream for
Wanderport and I look forward to sharing the successes we achieve
along the way in upcoming announcements and eventually via our
website," continued CEO Richard
Martel.
