(the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the consummation of a Cooperation Agreement between Stratford Ltd., the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, and Cardcom Ltd., a copy of such press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein
