Vale Assumes Chairman Role at Euro RSCG Latin America; Monteiro Adds Region's CEO Role to Existing Responsibilities NEW YORK, Dec. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- David Jones, Global CEO of Euro RSCG Worldwide announced today that Javier Vale, CEO of Euro RSCG Latin America will become Chairman of Euro RSCG Latin America. Ricardo Monteiro, CEO of Euro RSCG Lisbon will become CEO of Latin America; he will split his duties between Portugal and the Latin American region. Monteiro will also be a member of the Euro RSCG Worldwide Executive Committee and will report to Jones. Vale, one of Mexico's most respected advertising executives, joined the agency in 2003 when the agency he founded in 1981 became part of Euro RSCG. Monteiro previously worked for Unilever for thirteen years in various marketing and sales positions in Spain and Portugal. At 29, he was one of that company's youngest Senior Managers.
