Mr. Karkus will serve in this role effective June 18, 2009 and will be compensated at a rate of $5,000 per week for his services. Mr. Karkus will temporarily assume the duties and responsibilities of Interim Chief Executive Officer while the Board of Directors reviews the Company's operations and staffing at the executive management level. This appointment may be terminated by the Board of Directors at any time.
