chief compliance officer.
“We’re pleased to welcome Ethan and Jason to the Ardent
leadership team,” said Marty Bonick, president and CEO of Ardent.
“As we continue to evolve our operations with a focus around
consumer-centered care, we look forward to leveraging their deep
industry experience to make healthcare easier to access and deliver
while navigating a complex regulatory environment.”
As president of Ardent’s health services unit, Chernin will
oversee Ardent’s physician practices and clinic operations,
ambulatory strategy and development, and support its continued
evolution toward value-based care through strategic growth efforts
that address local healthcare needs. With 15 years of healthcare
leadership experience, he most recently served as chief population
health officer for Healthmap Solutions, a kidney population health

Chernin previously served as system vice president of population

“Ardent’s mission to create a better, more accessible healthcare
experience aligns precisely with my passion and experiences,” said
Chernin. “I look forward to working with the team to build on their
efforts to leverage consumer-friendly processes and technology to
help patients access care when and where it’s most convenient.”
Ehrlinspiel joins Ardent as chief compliance officer. He will
lead Ardent’s compliance program with responsibility for driving a
culture of ethical business practices, regulatory compliance and
integrity across the organization. Prior to Ardent, Ehrlinspiel

previously served as an assistant U.S. attorney in multiple states.
He is a graduate of the University of the South and earned his JD
from the University of Mississippi.
“Ardent has built a strong track record of upholding the highest
standards of regulatory compliance and ethical practices, ensuring
