MBC 2.0 FEATURES

Measurement-Based Care uses patient-reported data and insights to engage clients, support collaborative care decisions, and improve outcomes, enhancing the quality of behavioral health care. Greenspace’s next-generation MBC 2.0 platform, currently in BETA, delivers enhanced measurement capabilities, AI-driven automated insights, workflow automation and intelligence, natural language risk scoring, and a host of other advancements poised to deliver a greater impact than ever before–without compromising privacy and security standards which continue to exceed all regulatory requirements. While Greenspace will continue to innovate and release additional features, this first round of enhancements will facilitate improved MBC implementations, ensure seamless adoption and provide greater clinical value for both clients and clinicians.

  • Benchmarking Data: Organizations can now access aggregate MBC data from across North America. This provides real-time insights into clinical outcomes, clinician adoption, and client engagement, allowing organizations to compare their results and set implementation goals based on utilization and clinical outcomes achieved by similar organizations.
  • Actionable and Intuitive Client Insights: Clinicians receive a condensed snapshot of key data-driven insights, such as reliable change, off-track recovery, and deterioration trends, at the top of each client’s results display. This empowers providers to quickly identify important trends and changes in client symptoms prior to their session.
  • MBC Through Speech Analysis: By integrating Ellipsis Health’s speech analysis technology into Greenspace, providers can leverage natural language processing and AI to provide automated risk level estimates for depression and anxiety. This additional layer of insight complements patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs) to offer a complete picture of the client experience and inform treatment planning.
  • Caseload Assistant: This tool revolutionizes client management for clinicians with large caseloads by enabling them to prioritize clients based on factors such as suicidality, off-track symptom changes, deterioration, and low engagement or therapeutic alliance. It facilitates the appropriate triage of new clients, helps identify the best type(s) of support for each individual, and highlights clients who may benefit from treatment adjustments or are ready for discharge.

“With over 500 MBC implementations and 5 million assessments completed across clinics, hospitals, and health systems, our partners have achieved an average symptom improvement of 49% and an average therapeutic alliance score of 81%,” said Simon Weisz, President of Greenspace Health. “MBC 2.0, built on invaluable partner feedback, represents a significant leap forward in leveraging AI and predictive technologies to transform behavioral healthcare. Our partners have made remarkable progress using Greenspace to enhance their quality of care. That said, we're just getting started and are excited for the impact that MBC 2.0 will have on all people in need of support.”
