NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL
RESPONSIBILITIES
On 27 April 2023, certain performance shares granted under the
Next Fifteen Communications Group plc Long-Term Incentive Plan
('LTIP') vested.
The Directors detailed below received ordinary shares of 2.5p
each in Next 15 ('Ordinary Shares') at nil cost following the
vesting of the performance shares, net of the employee's income tax
and national insurance contributions as detailed in the below
table.

The total number of shares that have been issued today in
respect of the vesting of awards under the LTIP (including those
detailed above) is 277,232. Following this issue of shares the
Company confirms that as at 27 April 2023 it has 98,781,162
Ordinary Shares in issue. No shares are held in treasury.
