Q1 Dividend Declaration

The PRS REIT, the closed-ended real estate investment trust that invests in high-quality, new build family homes in the private rented sector, is pleased to declare an interim quarterly dividend of 1.0 pence per ordinary share in respect of the first quarter (July - September) of the financial year ending 30 June 2024.

Ninety per cent. (0.9 pence) of the dividend will be paid as a Property Income Distribution ("PID"), with the balance (0.1 pence) paid as a Non-PID.

The dividend will be payable on 1 December 2023, to shareholders on the register on 10 November 2023. The ex-dividend date will be 9 November 2023.

The PRS REIT plc is a closed-ended real estate investment trust established to invest in the Private Rented Sector ("PRS") and to provide shareholders with an attractive level of income together with the potential for capital and income growth.
