Coca-Cola Europacific Partners PLC said Wednesday that first-quarter revenue rose on year after the acquisition of Coca-Cola Amatil in May 2021 and that it has declared an interim dividend.

The London-listed company said that revenue for the period was 3.71 billion euros ($3.95 billion), compared with EUR2.29 billion a year earlier, after the Coca-Cola Amatil acquisition, solid in-market execution and a focus on price and mix. Volume improved thanks to the continued reopening of the away-from-home business, it said.

Revenue per unit was EUR4.95.

The company declared a first-half interim dividend a share of EUR0.56.

"In the near-term, whilst we expect to see further volume and mix recovery, we are mindful of a more uncertain outlook given accelerating inflationary pressures. So, we continue to manage our key levers of pricing, promotional spend and efficiencies across our business," Chief Executive Damian Gammell said.

The company reaffirmed its 2022 profit guidance despite accelerating inflationary pressures.
