Persimmon Plc (the "Company") announces that it has been
notified that on 10 June 2019 Rachel Kentleton, Non-Executive
Director, and her husband Neil Thompson, sold 658 shares in the
Company which they held jointly at an average price of
GBP2040.2616. Rachel Kentleton subsequently purchased 658 shares
for her ISA at an average price of GBP2040.6031.
