Newmark Security plc (AIM: NWT), a leading provider of electronic and physical security systems, announces that it was informed on 20 September 2019 that Robert Waddington, non-executive director of the Company, acquired today 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.695p per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Waddington has a total beneficial interest in 2,800,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.60 per cent of the total issued share capital of the Company.
