Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Newmark Security plc (AIM: NWT), a leading provider of electronic and physical security systems, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 April 2023 as well as the notice of its 2023 Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), will be posted today to shareholders. Both documents will shortly be available on the Company's website, www.newmarksecurity.com.

The AGM is being held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday 31 October 2023 at Holmes Hotel, 83 Chiltern Street, London W1U 6NF. The Company requests that any shareholders intending to attend the AGM in person register their intention as soon as practicable by emailing investorrelations@newmarksecurity.com. All shareholders are encouraged to vote electronically or to lodge a form of proxy in advance of the meeting.
