("Mobile Streams" or the "Company")
Resignation of Nominated Adviser and Broker
Further to the announcements on 27 September 2019 and 24 October
2019, Mobile Streams plc confirms that Nplus1 Singer Advisory LLP,
("N+1 Singer") will cease to act as the Company's Nominated Adviser
and Broker, effective at the close of business today. The ordinary
shares in the Company will be suspended from trading on AIM at 7.30
a.m. on Tuesday 29th October 2019.
The Company is in discussions to appoint a new nominated advisor
as well as a new broker to the Company, as previously disclosed.
If, following the suspension, the Company fails to appoint a
replacement nominated adviser within one month of the date that its
shares are suspended from trading on AIM, the admission of the
Company's shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled at 7.00 a.m.
on Friday, 29th November 2019.
