Investec Asset Management (IAM) previously made a disclosure in Mercia
Asset Management on 23 December 2019. However, that disclosure was erroneously
submitted based on an incorrect shares in issue figure and IAM did not
cross the 5% ownership threshold. This amended disclosure form therefore
indicates IAM's true holding on 23 December 2019.
