The Company announces that it has received notification that following the Interim Dividend payment on 31 January 2020, 1,053 Ordinary Shares of 0.05 pence each were purchased in the Company ("Shares") on 5 February 2020 for the following Director under a Dividend Reinvestment Plan at a price of 2031.62 pence per Share.
