Result of AGM
Watkin Jones plc (AIM:WJG), the UK's leading developer and
manager of residential for rent, with a focus on the student
accommodation and Build to Rent sectors, announces that at the
Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today in London, all
resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.
A breakdown of proxy votes lodged prior to and votes received at
the meeting for each resolution is set out below and will also be
