("Sanderson Design Group", the "Company" or the "Group")
Director Shareholding
Sanderson Design Group PLC (AIM: SDG), the luxury interior
design and furnishings group, announces that, following completion
of the appropriate vesting criteria, 49,780 ordinary shares of 1p
each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have been awarded to Lisa
Montague, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, in respect of her
annual performance bonus for the year ended 31 January 2020. These
Ordinary Shares have been transferred from the Company's Employee
Benefit Trust ("EBT").
The Remuneration Committee determined in 2020 that any bonus
payable in respect of the year ended 31 January 2020 was to be
awarded in Ordinary Shares rather than cash owing to the impacts of
the Covid-19 pandemic. Further details of this annual bonus are set
out in the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended
31 January 2020.
Following this award, Lisa Montague has an interest in 108,097
Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.15% of the Company's
total issued share capital.
