The Company is in the process of completing the report and providing the requisite information to its auditors. We expect to file the required report within the allotted time.

We anticipate a significant change in the results of operations between our 2008 and 2007 fiscal years. For the 2007 year, we incurred a comprehensive loss of $1,261,597; whereas, for the 2008 year, we are anticipating comprehensive income in an amount that we will determine upon completion of our year-end financial statements, as we are continuing to provide the required information to our independent registered public accounting firm.
