                             Holdings in the Company


The Company received notification on 30th July 2003, that Aviva plc and Morley
Fund Management Limited (a subsidiary of Aviva plc) have an interest in
2,003,188 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (the "Shares"), representing
approximately 7.73 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital. The
registered holders of the Shares are as follows:-

interests (the "Material Shares"), and represent approximately 3.73 per cent. of
the Company's current issued share capital. The registered holders of the
