Holding in Company

The Company announces that it has been notified that SG Option Europe (SGOE) has
increased its holding to 3,326,208 ordinary shares (Societe Generale AG as
SGOE's parent company being also deemed to have an interest in the shares)
representing 7.87% of the total issued share capital.

The Company announces that it has also been notified that following the disposal
of 1,076,208 shares, Morley Fund Management Limited, a subsidiary of Aviva plc,
is interested in 3,440,000 shares, representing 8.14% of the issued shares.
