                      Notification of Directors' Interests

The board of Patientline plc (the "Company") received notification on 6 November
2003 that Capita IRG Trustees Limited purchased on 5 November 2003 a number of
shares in its capacity as trustee of the Patientline plc AESOP. As participants
in the AESOP, Peter Bernard Coleridge and William James Glover, both Directors
of the Company, are each interested in 344 shares purchased by Capita IRG
Trustee plc at 72.5p.
