AMP Makes Changes to Senior Leadership

MELBOURNE, Australia--Financial services firm AMP Ltd. (AMP.AU)
has shuffled its senior leadership team as part of a realignment of
businesses it said is aimed at driving short term business
performance and longer term growth.
Paul Sainsbury will lead a new division that brings together the
customer, wealth management and product-solutions businesses, AMP
said Tuesday.
Jack Regan, currently the managing director for New Zealand,
will lead an expanded portfolio that adds responsibility for AMP's
advice businesses.
Sally Bruce, who joined from National Australia Bank Ltd.
(NAB.AU) as managing director of AMP Bank in August 2015, will
become group executive of the bank division. Megan Beer, who joined
AMP in February 2014 as director of the insurance business, becomes
executive of insurance.
Among other moves, Craig Ryman will become executive for
technology and operations and Chief Risk Officer Saskia Goedhart
will join the leadership team, AMP said.
Three executives will leave the company, including insurance
executive Pauline Blight-Johnston, advice and banking executive Rob
Caprioli and operations executive Wendy Thorpe.
The leadership changes are effective Jan. 1, AMP said.
