LONDON-- Natural gas company BG Group PLC (BG.LN) Wednesday said it has completed its sale of a pipeline network in Australia to gas infrastructure business APA Group (APA.AU) for gross proceeds of around US$4.6 billion, in line with the $4.5 billion to $5 billion range it previously reported.

Shares at 1425 GMT, up 13 pence, or 1.2%, at 1,139 pence valuing the company at GBP38.9 billion ($59.5 billion).
