Werbe talks about "integrity", how funny is that. Making up fake stuff and wild guesses and posting them is the opposite of integrity. You keep complaining about everything and not getting information - why not contact the Company directly? OTC Markets listings have all the contact information.

The notes are a little different. The interest rate is lower than previous loan, at higher conversion price, and several years to repay. Also it appears they can repay in shares and cash. By 2030 it shouldn't be an issue to close this dilution with revenue in the future.
