today announced that Rebecca
Callahan, president of SourceRight Solutions, has been
elected global chair of the HR Outsourcing Association (HROA).
Callahan will serve a two-year term as chair, beginning
January 1, 2012.
Callahan has been president of SourceRight Solutions since
September 2009, previously holding
the position of senior vice president of RPO for the company.
She is responsible for leading the strategic development of the
company and executing business growth. As chair of the HROA, she
will leverage her extensive experience to carry out the
association's mission of improving the HR outsourcing experience
for employees and employers all over the globe.
