Affinity Sutton Capital Markets plc announces today (20 January 2021) the appointment of Mark Hattersley, Chief Financial Officer at Clarion Housing Group, to the boards of Clarion Funding plc, Affinity Sutton Capital Markets plc, Circle Anglia Social Housing plc and Circle Anglia Social Housing 2 plc.

Clare Miller, Group Chief Executive at Clarion Housing Group, is today appointed Chair of Clarion Funding plc and Jack Bargholz, Director of Financial Services at Clarion Housing Group, remains chair of all other entities.

The appointments follow the resignation of Gareth Francis, Director of Treasury and Corporate Finance at Clarion Housing Group, from these boards with effect from 19 January 2021. Gareth leaves the Group to take a new role in the affordable housing sector.
