   ALBION INCOME & GROWTH VCT PLC 
 
   The final allotment for the Albion VCTs Top Up Offers 2012/2013 (the 
'Offers') took place on 12 June 2013. The Offers are now closed. The 
total raised under the Offers across six of the funds managed by Albion 
Ventures LLP was GBP12.8m (including amounts reinvested). The Offers 
constitute separate Offers made by each of the Albion VCT's which are 
participating in it. 
 
   New Ordinary shares of nominal value 1 penny per share in Albion Income 
& Growth VCT PLC were issued under the Offers (which was launched on 19 
October 2012) on 12 June 2013 at an issue price of 66.9 pence per New 
Ordinary share. 
 
   The allotment on the 12 June 2013 is in respect of the tax year end 5 
April 2014. 
 
   Applications for 574,144 New Ordinary shares in Albion Income & Growth 
VCT PLC were received. 
 
   The net proceeds for this allotment by the Company are approximately 
GBP373,000. 
 
   The gross sum raised by the Company by way of the issue of new shares in 
the last 12 months (through top up offers and dividend reinvestment 
schemes) is approximately GBP2,092,000 (representing approximately 6.5% 
of the issued share capital). 
 
   Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority for 574,144 
New Ordinary shares to be admitted to the Official List and to the 
London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary shares to be admitted to 
trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities. 
 
   It is expected that admission will become effective and that dealings in 
the shares will commence on or before 8.00 a.m. on 17 June 2013. 
 
   Following this allotment, and in conformity with the Transparency 
Directive's transitional provision 6, we would like to notify the market 
of the following: 
 
   Albion Income & Growth VCT PLC's capital as at 12 June 2013 consists of 
48,322,154 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 penny each. Of 
these, 4,550,867 Ordinary shares are held in Treasury. 
 
   Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Albion Income & Growth 
VCT PLC is 43,771,287, which may be used by shareholders as the 
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they 
are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest 
in, Albion Income & Growth VCT PLC under the FCA Disclosure and 
Transparency Rules.
