Further to the announcement on 20 April 2007, the Company wishes to clarify that
its ordinary shares are still traded on the AIM market and that an additional
trading facility is also available on PLUS Markets.  The Company's primary and
only listing is on AIM and PLUS Markets merely provides another dealing facility
for the Company's ordinary shares.
