Fundraising update

appScatter Group plc (AIM: APPS), the app management and data intelligence platform, announces that further to the announcement dated 8 April 2019, the board is waiting for the remainder the GBP2.2 million subscription for new ordinary shares in appScatter ("Ordinary Shares"). Once all the funds have been received the Company will issue a further announcement applying for all the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM.
