Aquis Exchange
PLC is pleased to announce that at the
Company's Annual General Meeting, held earlier today, all
resolutions were duly passed.
As announced on 31 October 2023,
Jonathan Clelland did not stand for re-election as a director, and
we now confirm his retirement from the Board. We would like
to thank Jonathan for his assistance in ensuring a smooth
transition of his executive duties. We are delighted to now also
confirm that Jonathan has agreed to continue on as Special Advisor,
with a focus on select projects. We look forward to continuing to
work with Jonathan in his new capacity.

Markets operates lit and dark order books, covering 16 European

Exchange (AQSE) is a stock market providing primary and
secondary markets for equity and debt products. It is authorised as
a Recognised Investment Exchange, which allows it to operate a
regulated listings venue. The AQSE Growth Market is divided into
two segments 'Access' and 'Apex'; the Access market focuses on
earlier stage growth companies, while Apex is the intended market
for larger, more established businesses.
Aquis is authorised and regulated by the UK
Financial Conduct Authority and France's Autorité de contrôle
prudentiel et de résolution and L'Autorité des marchés
financiers to operate Multilateral Trading Facility businesses in
