Arena, in connection with its involvement in the Go Racing Consortium, wishes
to bring investors' attention to the following press statement released today
by Go Racing:

"Go Racing today welcomed the RCA's announcement that it has instituted an
inquiry into elements of the bidding process for British horseracing's media
rights.

David Scott, for Go Racing said: "We welcome and fully support this inquiry
and look forward to co-operating fully with the RCA in relation to it. We
entirely agree that it is vital that the bidding process is seen to be without
taint. In the meantime, our negotiations with the RCA are continuing." "
