Advanced Computer Software Group plc (AIM: "ASW", "the Company") has been notified that, on 16 March 2015, Vin Murria, Chief Executive Officer, transferred, by way of gift, 10 million ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company to PS Foundation (charity number 1123570). Following the transaction, Ms Murria remains interested in 48,521,310 ordinary shares, representing 9.36% of the Company's issued share capital.
