ALPHAWAVE IP GROUP PLC SHARES RESTORED TO TRADING

LONDON, United Kingdom and TORONTO, Ontario, Canada 22 May 2023 - Alphawave IP Group plc (LSE: AWE, the "Company" or "Alphawave Semi") today announces that the Financial Conduct Authority has restored the Company's ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each to the standard listing segment of the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 15:30hrs BST on 22 May 2023.
