                              Exercise of options



Pursuant to the exercise of options, the Company has made application to the
London Stock Exchange for 1,399,520 new ordinary shares of Euro0.01 each in the
Company to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that
Admission will become effective on 10th September 2007.
