Acquisition of an interest of approximately 88% of the share capital of North West Electricity Networks (Jersey) Limited

Electricity North West Limited (the "Company") has been informed that the Shareholders of North West Electricity Networks (Jersey) Limited, which indirectly holds 100% of the share capital of the Company, have agreed certain contracts for the purchase of approximately 88% of the share capital of North West Electricity Networks (Jersey) Limited by Iberdrola S.A (the "Transaction").

Completion of the Transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and completion is expected in Q4 2024.
