The Board of Baronsmead VCT plc announces that on 17 December 2015 the Company purchased 200,000 ordinary shares of 10p at a price of 73.75 pence per share to be held in Treasury.

Following the share buyback, the Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 111,686,205 shares of which 7,483,751 shares are held in Treasury. Therefore the total number of shares in circulation which hold voting rights in Baronsmead VCT plc is 104,202,454 ordinary shares of 10p. Each share has one voting right.
