("Biofuels" or "the Group")


Directorate change


The Board of Biofuels announces that Dr Alan Keasey, Technical Director, is
stepping down from the Board for personal reasons with immediate effect.


Dr Keasey will remain with Biofuels on a part-time consultancy basis to provide
technical support.  Meanwhile, Richard Nickels, as Commercial and Operations
Director, will be responsible at Board level for operational and technical
aspects of the plant.


Mike Buzzacott, Chairman, commented:


"We are very sorry that Alan is stepping down but fully appreciate his reasons
for doing so.  We wish him and his family well and look forward to Alan's
continuing involvement with the Group."
