    Result of Extraordinary General Meeting


    The Company is pleased to announce that at today's Extraordinary General Meeting all resolutions were passed unanimously and,
accordingly, the disposal by the Company of its only trading asset, The Borrowdale Gates Hotel, for an aggregate cash consideration of
�1,700,000 (subject to adjustment as described in the announcement made by the Company on 15 August 2008 (the "Announcement")) has,
therefore, become unconditional in all respects and is expected to complete within the next ten working days.  

    In addition, the investing strategy described in the Announcement has also been approved.

    The Board will make a further announcement once the disposal has completed.
