Chaintek (AIM: CTEK), the provider of logistics services to manufacturers of consumer goods in China, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014, including the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy, has been posted to shareholders. Electronic copies of the 2014 Report and Accounts are available from the Company's investor relations website at http://www.chaintek-united-ir.com.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 16.00 hours Beijing time (09.00 BST) on 8 May 2015 at the Group's Chinese Head Office at MeiLing Industrial Park, Jinjiang City, Fujian Province, 362200 PRC.
