GlobalData Plc, a leading provider of
industry intelligence, announces that at the Company's General
Meeting held earlier today (10.00am on 21 August 2024) all
resolutions were duly passed.

That the Acquisition Agreement (as
described in the circular to shareholders of the Company dated 1
August 2024) be approved for the purposes of section 190 of the
Companies Act 2006 and that the directors of the Company (or any
duly constituted committee of them) be authorised to take all such
steps as they consider necessary to carry the Acquisition Agreement
into effect.
