DICOM Group plc: Share Buyback



Basingstoke, 5 December 2007 - DICOM Group plc ('DICOM Group'), a global leader
of Intelligent Capture & Exchange solutions, announces that it has purchased the
following number of its ordinary shares of 2.5p each on the London Stock
Exchange.

Date of purchase:                                       4 December 2007
Number of ordinary shares purchased:                    1,500,000
Price per share:                                        181p



The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.



Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 6,296,000 of its
ordinary shares in treasury and has 82,736,365 ordinary shares in issue
(excluding treasury shares).
