                          Company Secretary Appointed

e-pay Asia Limited ("e-pay") is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. 
Daniela Mijajleska, as Company Secretary with effect from 18 October 2007.  
Ms. Mijajleska replaces Mr. Jack Tan who is resigning from the Company Secretary 
role in order to focus on his responsibilities as a Non- Executive Director.

Ms. Mijajleska is a Chartered Accountant who has worked with
PricewaterhouseCoopers, Sydney, in the business and corporate advisory areas for
more than 10 years and was responsible for the provision of tax advisory
services to clients as well as overseeing the set up of foreign companies'
Australian subsidiaries.

Ms. Mijajleska holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of
Wollongong, and a certificate of Chartered Accounting from the Institute of
Chartered Accountants in Australia. She is an Australian citizen and resides in
Sydney, Australia.

Ms. Mijajleska does not currently hold any shares in EPY.
